People in the U.S. are unhealthier than ever, there are a few reasons for this, the first reason is that people ingest so much sugar the other reason is people today live a sedentary lifestyle. You can’t escape the consequences for living like this. one bad choice can affect you for life, all sorts of medical problems can result from this. It’s not just that Americans are fat now. The problem passes on and the youth of America will have all the negative benefits too. Fatter Americans are bad for society as a whole, more unhealthy people means costly health care. some of the unhealhy people will try to pass the buck and blame others.
This is bad, people shoud be responsible for their own actions. However, companies using less fats is a good thing. It is better though, to get people to eat healthy on their own . So how can we get people to eat healthy? Well first we should examine why people eat unhealthy. There are many reasons people eat junk. It is important to find a way to cut sugar out of your diet , a healthy diet should have plenty of nutrients. If you don’t have a strategy when it comes to exercise, you won’t lose weight. It is very important to make long term changes you don’t want to end up putting the weight back on. You should make sure to find the foods that taste good and are good for you. You could replace the soda you drink with diet soda, or even better , water. If you are thinking of a cheap exercise, you could head to the beach and swim around.
